Brook McCarthy and I are teaming up again to run a fairly controversial workshop entitled “Facebook is dead. Long Live Social Media.†With Facebook making no secret of their plans to further monetise business and personal usage of Facebook over the coming year, the aim is to give you the opportunity to explore other more effective and less costly social media channels. Whether you’re questioning Facebook or if social media works at all, we welcome you to join us. Unlike most workshops, this is tailored to your needs. I’ve setup a Meetup group called “Business Bootstrappers†so I can promote gatherings, workshops and that sort of thing. I’d love to open that up to other people. I’ll send you a little template and we’ll get your stuff promoted.
